It recounts how Chinese law‑enforcement agencies broke through cross‑border barriers, conducted joint operations with Myanmar, Thailand and other nations, hunted down ringleaders of the notorious “Four Big Families”, and arranged large‑scale repatriation of suspects and rescued victims. The final part illustrates the establishment of an international anti‑fraud alliance involving 46 countries, building a long‑term governance framework to eradicate transnational telecom fraud.
