Kenji Misumi (三隅 研次 Misumi Kenji) (2 mars 1921, Kyoto, Japon - 24 septembre 1975) était un réalisateur japonais de renom. Il a réalisé des films tels que Lone Wolf and Cub et le premier film de la longue série Zatoichi (座頭市, Zatōichi). Il est décédé à l'âge de 53 ans.
