It's always the same in the Elbe, says the mermaid from the Danube Delta. The idea originated in Cologne on the Rhine. It's not easy in the overturned film water, but dreams and hopes remain. They are not easy to understand, but a mermaid does not want to be understood, she wants to whisk you away to her realm.
