Hamilton Luske (16. Oktober 1903 – 19. Februar 1968) war ein US-amerikanischer Filmregisseur. Von 1936 bis zu seinem Tod 1968 führte er bei zahlreichen Disney-Filmen und -Kurzfilmen Regie. 1965 wurde er mit einem Oscar ausgezeichnet.
Geboren wurde er am 16. Oktober 1903 in Chicago, Illinois, und starb am 19. Februar 1968 im Alter von 64 Jahren in Bel Air, Kalifornien.
